Fuerst Wiacek Dream #9

Experimentation and innovation are at the heart of our Dream Series. Whether it's comparing minor recipe variations, experimenting with unfamiliar styles, or trying new ingredients, our goal is to constantly learn, develop new techniques, and refine our processes. All this in the hope of brewing your dream beer! Dream #9 & Dream #10 were both dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic. This time we're tinkering with the ratio of naked and standard oats in the mash, with Dream #10 having the higher percentage of standard oats.
