Beer description
Our Fruity Phoenix represents freshness. For the '23 version, we created a Gose. To give it the Maximus twist, we used fresh lime peel, smoked seasalt (on oak) and coriander seed. This creates a wonderful balance between citrus, salty tones and a mild complexity through the smoked sea salt.
