Blend of Sour Strong Blonde, Triple, Blonde and Wheat Ales. Aged in Foudres, French and American Oak Wine Barrels, and Cognac Brandy Barrels. Refermented with Apricots, Chardonnay Grapes and Blackcap Raspberries. Infused with a Blend of Black, Green and Smoked Tea, Grapefruit, Orange and Lemon Peel, Ginger and Thyme. Blended with Wildflower Honey (unfermented).
