Oskar Blues - Fresh Roast Stout

We take pride in bringing in the freshest ingredients & supporting our local suppliers. We reached out to our good friends at Troubadour Maltings up in Fort Collins to bring in the freshest roasted malts possible. We used Pink Himalayan Salt to treat our water profile & an old school Irish Yeast Strain to compliment the freshly roasted Moonlight Serenade, Moonlight Antero Wheat, R&B Roasted Barley, & Golden Notes Malted Oats, w/ Rolled Oats & Crystal Malts. The resulting flavors lend richness & depth of Dark Chocolate, Roasted Caramel, Toasted Marshmallows, Expresso, Brown Sugar & Molasses.
