Freibrauerei Maurer - Southern Red Ale

The top-fermented Southern Red Ale presents itself in a shiny red with a fine head in the glass. Malty and creamy on the palate. Subtle notes of berries and nuts with a fine perlage create a pleasant drinking sensation. In the finish, the hops make their presence felt with a refreshing grassy bitter note and complete the bitter-sweet interplay of ingredients. With this variety, we were able to win the title of national champion in the European Ales category.
