When the Mountain meets the Creek!
This Trans-Tasman collab is all thanks to Carwyn Cellars, Beer Jerk and finally being able to travel internationally, restriction-free! For this brew, we used the same malts and hops as our mates at Deep Creek (Galaxy to represent Oz and Waimea to represent NZ) but then added something unique to each of our own backyards. For Australia, we chose desert lime to add a zesty kick to a Hazy IPA.
