Black Raspberry Wild Yeast - Our famous black raspberry sour ale with kviek yeast spent over 12 months in bourbon barrels 2nd use with clausenii and bruxellensis yeasts. We also left a large quantity of black raspberry purée in the barrel for even more complexity. A red beer wine! A folly in the barrel, refermented in the bottle. 6.8% R
