Cold-hopped with aromatic Citra and Azacca hops, the citrus and tropical fruit aromas are unmistakable. The use of Kveik yeast, a highly aromatic traditional Norwegian strain, and the addition of acidifying bacteria give this beer complexity without detracting from its truly thirst-quenching character.
