Beer description

Blushing Monk is brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries and a Belgian yeast strain that prevents our waiter waiter from sleeping for a week. It pours a breathtaking deep berry red and has a surprising kick with 9.2% ABV. The perfect dessert beer can be enjoyed alone or together with fresh cheese, fruits, cakes and much more. First published in July 2011, new edition 2015.

Gutes Himbeerbier, zur Abwechslung mal nicht sehr sauer. Starke Himbeeraromen, deutliche aber passende Alkoholnote. Sehr rund mit wirklich gutem Geschmack.
