Foundation Tangent

Tangent is a version of the "Zuurzing" season, which was additionally acidified and then matured in red wine barrels. Slightly cloudy, golden yellow beer with a small white head of foam. The smell has sour citrus notes and some oak barrel flavor. Slightly sour-fruity taste of citrus and wood. Slightly acidic finish, some fruit.
