Foundation Pomology: Cherry

In the "Pomology" series, a fully matured sour ale is brewed and mixed with fruit according to the same recipe. Slightly cloudy, reddish beer with a small white head of foam. Fresh cherry smell, slightly sourish, with earthy hops notes. Slightly sourish cherry flavor, slightly oak barrel aroma and earthy aromas. Fruity finish, slightly sour.
