Foundation Pomology: Blueberry

In the "Pomology" series, a fully matured sour ale is brewed and mixed with fruit according to the same recipe. Slightly cloudy, purple beer with small pink head. The smell includes red grapes, oak barrels, blueberries and light acidity. Fruity taste of blueberries, slightly sour with oak barrels. Acidic finish.
