Foundation Pomology: Apricot

In the "Pomology" series, a fully matured sour ale is brewed and mixed with fruit according to the same recipe. Clear, golden yellow beer with medium-sized white foam crown. The smell includes floral hop notes, oak barrels and drupes. Slightly sweet taste with a light acidity with a lot of stone fruit flavor and some citrus fruit. Dry, slightly acidic finish.
