Foundation Fury

A version of the "Forge" Imperial Stout; The beer was stored in bourbon and rum barrels with cocoa beans, smoked chili and cinnamon. Dark brown, almost black beer with a small beige head. The smell includes roasted malt, chocolate, cinnamon and chilli. Sweet and hot chilli, roasted malt and cinnamon. Sharp, slightly sweet finish.
