Foundation Birar

Sour ale, fermented with blackberries and raspberries, matured in oak barrels together with Brettanomyces. Cloudy, red-pink beer with a small pink foam crown. Sour berry odor, light yeast and some malt. Sour raspberry flavor, fruity-light, slightly malty. Tart finish with berry flavor.
