Browar Stu Mostów - Forest Sunset

The season of gathering pine shoots is slowly coming to an end. Fortunately, we managed to collect a sufficient amount of this ingredient, so we are curious about the results of this year's Pine IPA edition. The freshly harvested shoots were added towards the end of the brewing process, allowing us to extract their full aroma and flavor. The malt base, reminiscent of a hazy New England style, harmonizes with the resinous and fruity notes from the hops. A unique blend of Bru-1 and Eclipse varieties infused the beer with aromas of sweet pineapple, lemon, and freshly cut green, resinous trees.
