Beer description
Made in collaboration with our friends at Stockholm Brewing, Forest Gold is a blend of sour wheat ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 16 months with dried rose hips and golden chanterelle mushrooms. The chanterelle, or “kantarell” in Swedish, is delicacy found in the forests of both Sweden and Oregon, lending an earthy and mildly fruity flavor to the beer with a hint of taffy.
