This version of Amber Ale originated when Sven was still brewing in an eat-in kitchen and our malting supplier mistakenly prepared an amber-malt combination even though they had ordered a blonde. The results were amazing, which actually saddened her. because they did not know how to recreate it. At that moment, Sven noticed that he had written down a recipe for an amber beer on the back of the order for the blonde. The supplier had accidentally read the wrong page! Solved puzzles and they happily had the recipe to brew it again.
