Footsteps Cervejaria Octopus

We are following in the footsteps of the beer revolution and continue to test new techniques and experiment with new combinations of inputs without prejudice or standardization. Footsteps is a New England Double IPA with Triple Dry Hopping a combination of hops related to grapefruit, melon and ripe mango. The yellow gold base is juicy, but light and refreshing for a double IPA of 8.5% of total. A label that will stay here, steps in the hall.
