Beer description
Look for the icy minty note from the Polaris hops and the bunch of flowers from the galaxy. This hop flavor is obtained using a technique called "dry hopping". You fill a pair of ladies tights, of course new :-) with hops, fasten them and let them swim for 3 weeks in the maturation tank. The hops slowly integrate the beer and develop its full aroma.
