Our friends at Durham's soon-to-open Modern Romance Brewery joined us recently to brew a special batch of bright, beautiful saison, with half the recipe based on our Mille Fleur and half based on their planned flagship saison Miles Away. This version is fermented with our house saison yeast, then finished with a blend of jasmine and sweet olive flowers.
