Beer description
A wonderful bottom-fermented Schwarzbock, matured for 9 months in rum barrels from Jamaica and Martinique.
Active maturation in wooden barrels has given the beer a beautiful aroma of rum, vanilla and raisins. The roasted notes of the Schwarzbierbock blend wonderfully and harmoniously into the aroma.
Goes well with desserts with dark chocolate or mature cheese. Do not drink too cold. Best enjoyed in a wine glass or snifter.
