Schneeeule Berlin - Flora

"Flora" is a wild ale with flowers that vary every year. This beer is a snowy owl floral, which means it is a blend of floral flavoured beers of the year. In 2018 it was elderflower, jasmine, rose and robinia blossom. In 2019, it will be jasmine, robinia, rose, woodruff and goldenrod blossoms. Not only the flowers, but above all the microorganisms determine the flavour and texture of the beer, so that developments over the years can be recognised. The aim is to create a flavour profile of the surroundings (currently Borsigwerke) and the brewery.
