Firestone Walker STiVO

Pale yellow in colour, unfiltered, with a beautiful bright white foam head that lasts a long time. Bright floral hop aroma with a hint of moisture in the background. Pleasant soft citrus notes in both aroma and flavor are tempered by a moderate and very clean bitterness. A lifting herbal and light melon-citrus hop flavor builds, but just as it tops out it lets off the gas and the grainy malt begins to balance. Slightly mineral, with a clean, dry finish. Overall a very fresh and smooth quality with a quick and clean finish. Craftsmanship well done with no blemishes. Aggressive without pushing the limits.
