Beer description
The beer is ready to drink after 3 weeks of maturation and tastes wonderfully of strawberries and mandarins and is wonderfully dry, that's how I like my IPA. The cone hops were finely "ground" with a magic wand, which helps with being and the yield. As for the mashing temperature, I rarely go to 78 ° C, that saves time and doesn't cause any problems with lautering.
