Vaters Bier, or “Fathers Beer”, was a collab they brewed with the winner of the Central Wisconsin Vintners and Brewers homebrew competition. A subtle fruitiness on the nose is followed by bright malt and biscuit flavor. The finish is crisp, clean, and lager-esque.
