Beer description
Canelé de Mauguio is part of a duo of imperial stouts (with Tiramisu d'Occitanie) that we brewed for Mauguio's 200th brewery. A birthday dessert for our two candles.
A super gourmet stout base, brewed with 4 different cereals, 8 varieties of malt, no added sugar, boiled for 12 hours to reach a level of intensity and caramelisation never before achieved at Fauve.
Papua red vanilla, rum and caramel finish.
