Fantôme Spokespok

Pours a hazy dark honey amber colour with a good sized foamy off white head that settled. Aroma is malted bread and herbal, sweet oregano and lemon thyme. A similar taste, not a lot of sweetness, some water cracker biscuit and herbal flavours predominantly oregano and lemon thyme with a sour finish. Unusual not sure how else to describe this.
