Beer description
Pours a cloudy orange-gold with a small off-white head. Aroma is spice (ginger clove, and light mint, among others), herbs, flowers, gin, honey, and a hint of banana. Taste is gin, herbs, spice, florals, light ginger, slight earth, some juniper, and honey. A gentle tartness. Earthy spice and light yeast linger. Medium body. Moderate, fine, slightly prickly carbonation. Smooth, lush mouthfeel.
