The Helles Kellerbier is bottom-fermented and has a slight hops emphasis. It is an unfiltered Bavarian full beer. The Falkenstein Helles Kellerbier smells of fresh aroma hops and yeast. The taste is rounded off with a subtle note of hops. It contains many vitamins and minerals and an original wort of P 12.4% by volume and A 5.1% by volume.
