When it comes to Star Wars, you know how we do...Just so happens this English-style pale ale is the same acronym as one of our favorite Star Wars saga films (let's face it, the OG trilogy is still the best.) This style is known for its balance and the interplay between malt and hop bitterness. Medium bodied and fruity esters round out a light hop finish. Maybe the one who will bring balance to the force?
