“Exquisite Blend Four: The Vitality of Raj” is a Blend of English Barleywines Aged in Pappy Van Winkle 20 Year Old Bourbon barrels for 18 months, Elijah Craig 20 Year Old Bourbon barrels for 20 months, and Thomas H. Handy Rye Whiskey barrels for 27 months. The blend was chosen by one of my best friends, Reyjay, aka Raj, who is also my label designer once we get the original artwork from Spring Whitaker. This 14.4% ABV blend is full of caramel and toffee, along with a dark fruit character in the finish with lingering barrel notes
