Midnight Project - Evil Berries

Spring has arrived and we are ready for it! Once again we unpack the brewhouse and put it to work. This time, together with our friends from Brewlok, we decided to welcome the most beautiful season of the year with a bright and refreshing novelty. When compiling the recipe, we turned to the faithful berry companions of people living outside the city. Blueberries and blackcurrants harmoniously intertwined in a juicy dance with yoghurt starter and added a special grace to our sauer ale. These little robbers will help you welcome the approaching sunny days and keep your body toned. We invite you to the spring rave we organise in your glasses. Take a big sip and feel the moment. Your imagination will immediately conjure up those coveted words: "Winter is finally over".
