Fauve - Évasion Nocturne

In September, the Põhjala brewery came to Mauguio directly from Estonia to brew a collab where the Great North met the Great South. To honor this superb collab', we made an Imperial Baltic Porter with spruce buds hand-harvested in Estonia in spring by the Põhjala team. We've also added wild blueberry and blackberry to this dark-colored beer... It's a bit all over the place, we admit. But it's a collab' beer, so that's that. And that's that. And honestly, the result is top-notch. So terviseks! (cheers in Estonian)
