7% rye IPA, whynot?! So, in anticipation of the summer heat, we've made a massive 7% Rye IPA for July, which we've sent out with Citra, Nectaron, Superdelic hops, hot and cold on the side. Rye is the dominant ingredient, accompanied throughout by fruity flavours from the hops. From the colour to the head, through the flavour, the rye malt is the strongest.
