Etyeki Rocinante Blonde

"Everyone in your house can be a princess." (Don Quixote) Golden beer following English brewing traditions. A light and harmonious beer emerges from the snow-white foam of Rocinante Blonde. The taste is dominated by sweet malt notes, which are nicely complemented by the bitterness of the Cascade hops. Its two main ingredients are Maris Otter and Pilsner malt, which we “seasoned” with two more special malts.
