Etyeki Premier Pale Ale

"Life is not a rehearsal!" (John Furman) The introductory beer of the Etyek Beer Manufactory. We started our brewery on the way to fame with a not too complicated, but even more sophisticated pale ale. Light amber English type fermented beer with a nice yellow creamy foam. In addition to the sweet smell of dried fruit, hops are not intrusively present at all. At the beginning of the sip, however, the American Centennial hops are already definitely represented. After the characterful opening, the Maris Otter pale ale malt nicely creeps in with its biscuit flavor, which stays in the mouth for a long time even after swallowing a sip. This beer is as round as it is. With an alcohol content of 5.2%, it is the perfect accompaniment to a light barbecue dinner, but also to the apple pie that follows.
