The barley and hops with which we made this traditional Pilsen come from the sloping landscapes of Bohemia. It is based on Bohemian Pilsner malt, which we have made fuller with light crystal malt, and this gives our beer a warm golden yellow color. The round but accentuated hop flavor is provided by the traditional Perle and Saaz hops. The quiet harmony of malt and hops stays with you for a long time, even after your glass is spun out. Ingredients: Drinking water, Bohemian Pilsner and crystal malt, Perle and Saaz hops, brewer's yeast
