Etyeki Baltazar

As you lean over you, coffee-brown hair falls on your face, silk caresses your skin, the sweet scent of vanilla swinging around you. He is! Our brewery will once again surprise lovers of brown beers with a beer based on a Norwegian recipe. Baltazar is more than a plain imperial stout, as we made it even more exciting with finely roasted arabica coffee and fragrant vanilla. The high alcohol content is subtly hidden behind the robust roasted aroma of coffee and the sublime, light scent of vanilla. The recipe was created for us by Espen Uhlen Jørstad, a chef at Mountain Monkeys, a new Norwegian guerrilla brewery.
