Beer description
Following the Belgian line, we apply for the summer with a light but characteristic Belgian saison. The spiciness and fruitiness typical of Belgian beers can also be found in this case without any spices or fruit being added to the beer.
We gave our new Belgian a name of 30 ° C, referring to the higher fermentation temperature required by Lellemand Belle Saison yeast. This yeast, typically recommended for Belgian saison beers, is responsible for the phenols and esters that give the beer a citrusy, peppery character.
The body of 30 ° C is given by the malt of Pilsen, the hops of East Kent Golding. Overall, we recommend consuming a Belgian ale, below and above 30 ° C during the summer.
