Our non-alcoholic beer is fermented with a special yeast that can only process certain sugars. This produces only very small amounts of alcohol, but the typical beer flavour is retained. The rich, golden yellow colour and fine-pored foam are the result of careful malt selection. Both the nose and the taste are characterised by slightly fruity, fresh aromas, which are pleasantly integrated by the moderate residual sweetness.
