Beer description
A treat for the cold season is the ERDINGER snow white with its beautiful amber color. The whitewash gets its full-bodied and spicy taste from the first fine malts from the summer harvest plus a longer ripening period. The strong body and an alcohol content of 5.6% Vol. Make this top-fermented specialty a treat when it gets cold and dark outside. The label with its deeply snowy forest and snow crown on the logo presents itself as well. In 1998, ERDINGER Weißbräu was the first brewery to launch a winter wheat beer. The seasonal specialty is available from October to February.
