Equilibrium - Synchronous

When we talk about OG Equilibrium beers, we have to mention Vulgar Display of Flower, our east meets west coast DIPA. Synchronous pays homage to our classic with an upgraded hopping schedule and our Past and Present yeast blend. Starting out with a 2-row, white wheat, and chit malt bill, we hopped the whirlpool with Columbus, Simcoe, and Citra Incognito before a Columbus, Citra T90, Simcoe, and Citra Lupomax dry hop. Synchronous (DIPA) pours vivid in color, with aromas orange and grapefruit peel, stone fruit, and dank sticky icky. Flavors of pungent grapefruit mimosa, piney citrus, guava, and orange electrolyte drink are packed into a synchronous profile of hoppy pine bitterness and a juicy backbone that is kissed with touch of floral spice
