Equilibrium - Super Fractal Julia Set

The Julia set is named after the French mathematician Gaston Julia. This complex set is a byproduct of the Mandelbrot set and was discovered during the study of complex dynamics in the early 20th century. This set of complex numbers can cause drastic changes in the sequence of iterated functions. Building on this theme, the brewery has beefed up the Fractal with a super simple grain bill of 2-Row and their specific fractal fermentation profile, before intensely hopping it with a Mosaic and El Dorado whirlpool and dry hopping with Citra, Mosaic, Strata, and El Dorado. Super Fractal Julia Set pours into a lively, hazy yellow with aromas of tropical citrus fruits, ripe red berries, and candied lemon peel.
