We started off with a base of raw wheat, flaked wheat, and flaked oats before adding our absolute biggest hoping rate yet of Citra, Strata, and Galaxy. Pouring an electric yellow, an intense hop aroma greets you with flavors of bold citrus, pineapple chunks in syrup, and an assorted melons with a creamsicle like mouthfeel.
