Beer description
This beer explores the best of hoppy styles from the East and West coasts by using an aggressive West Coast water profile, a base of 2row, wheat, and chit malt in front of a whirlpool of Simcoe and Columbus, and a Simcoe, Columbus, and Citra dry hopping. The beer has a hazy golden yellow color and showcases pronounced aromas of apricot, citrus peel, and earthy pine. Hop-forward and assertive flavors start with mixed citrus fruits, yuzu, pine, and melon with a hint of apricot and a juicy but slightly dry finish complemented by a sharp bitterness, bringing a bit of each coast with every sip.
Hops
