Equilibrium dHop30

The next hop combination for our experimental series is Zappa and Citra. This is the first time we have used the relatively new Zappa hop in DIPA form. We started with rolled oats and white wheat before using a whirlpool and dry hopping with Citra and Zappa. dHop30 pours cloudy yellow with aromas of Valencia oranges, passion fruit and top-flight grapes. Flavors of mixed citrus follow, complex grape notes and hints of moist pine in a luscious body and a nice #EQjuice finish with a balanced, spikey bitterness.
