Beer description
"FRANCONIAN RED" Red Ale - The somewhat different "red beer": Top-fermented, copper-colored, full-bodied and with a slightly bitter finish. Mentioned in the book "111 fränkische Biere, die man getrunken muss haben" (2017 edition). Bitterness: Present, but well integrated. Hops: East Kent Goldings, Spalter Select, Perle, Tradition.
Clear, amber-colored beer with a large, long-lasting, white head of foam. Malt aroma with cinnamon notes. The taste is malty, hoppy with caramel notes and cinnamon.
