Franconian/US Style India Pale Ale - An IPA from two worlds: four strong American and German "flavor hops", a tart, slightly fruity finish, crisp bitterness, but not too "bulky" on the palate. Easy to drink despite the rather high alcohol content. Notes of grapefruit, bitter orange, tangerine and fresh herbs dominate the taste impression. Bitterness: Noticeable but well integrated, tart finish with a light fruity note. Hops: Cascade, Summit, Chinook, Mandarina Bavaria.
