Beer description
A strong copper-red Irish style red ale with predominantly British hop varieties, Franconian interpretation. Fruity and earthy with aromas of dark berries and a tart finish. Bitterness: noticeable, but well integrated (approx. 35 IBU), fruity-tart, earthy, spicy. Hops: Fuggles, East Kent Goldings, Northern Brewer, Tradition, Spalter Select.
